Pathetic Service by Tikona

Hi Team,

Installation took 4 hours because equipments were faulty . Internet stopped working just after 1 hour after installation . there is no connecivity most of the time and i call customer care many times day , If i have internet connectivity then speed is never more than 0.51 mbps . I am paying for 10 mbps and i am not getting even 1 mbps . Can you guys do something about it or i have to call tikona several times a day
