UNSTABLE CONNECTION

The issue is not yet resolved. There is no stability in the connection. It use to vary from time to time. So there is no specific time when it occurs. Right now I am getting speed of 0.13Mbps (download) with 1381 latency. Either fix my issue on permanent basic or terminate my connection and refund the deposited amount. I don't have time everyday writing complaints to the forum. Using your service is kind of torture for us.
