I am tikona broadband holder of your tikona internet service.
i had purchase new tikona connection and paid whole amount to your customer care person who came for installation..

As in my plan there is one wifi router is available which is provided by tikona company. Your person told me that he will bring that router by tomorrow...

i am calling him till last 5 days he makes excuses from by days that i will come tomorrow. he has not fitted wiring cable also. he is also very lazy person i am totally disappointed by your service..

as tikona is charging higher rates than any other service provider than also your service and speed is not so at better rates.

GTPL and BSNL are even best than you....
