Dear sir,

I have booked your connection through your sales staff Mr. Hussain (mob No. 9182538668). I have paid the amount of Rs. 1590/- on booking to him.

yesterday, i.e., 12.07.2018, installation was done and user id was given as 1122781007. speed is only coming at 1 Mbps as against the promissed 10Mbps.

The technician on 13.07.2018 visited our premises and and told me that my account now gone to secondary (FUP) due to non-payment. I immediately contacted the sales person, he told me he is going to pay the amount once speed was ok. eventhough, the specified speed was not coming, he paid the remaining amount immediately.

Even after full payment of amount, the speed was not restored.

I request you to restore the speed as promised immediately.

Mail was sent but no resolution yet
