pathetic Service

Tikona Internet Service since the standard of Tikona's service is not up to the level of satisfaction. Although I complained about the problem for a number of times but they failed take necessary action on that. Such an indifferent attitide is highly unacceptable and as such irritating to certain extent.

Under the above circumstances, please cancel my service ( User id- 1122737554) and refund my 3 months subscriptions charges as early as possible
