Unstable Connection

I'm currently under the 8mmbps plan and my internet is very unstable with constant disconnection and high ping. If this continues I will stop payin for this service and take the matter to the consumer court. Because you guys charge me for late payment and I'm not ready to pay for a service which is bad. Please fix the issue fast
