Hi,

Yours is 7 days, but my plan upgrade task is pending since past 14 days and no proper response from the support team as well. Pathetic service ever...!!!

Can anyone connect me to the right person. I am onboarded with them 2 months ago with basi monthly plan for 45 gb with 4 mbps. I realized this month that i am exhasuted with my gb limit and i am in secondary plan. Immediately thru tikona app i requested for upgradation for unlimited monthlu plan of 6 mbps. Till date nothing has been done and I am continuing my work using the top of 100 rs twice. Calling up the call center twice i came to know that there is a system issue and they are unable to upgrade me. Dropped a mail (ref id tt:1-5340480027)

again called now and dropped mail but no reponse. and most astonishing is the call center has no clue about my problem?....she is asking r u looking for upgradation , i will do it now only.
