your services are very bad. you don't adhere to your words. In june your executive promised me discount in my bill and it is upto Rs. 520 for 2 consecutive months for your bad services. but you gave discount only one month and last month It was full, of Rs. 649. when I talked to your executive. he said to pay 549 and rest to be discounted. but this month again you sent bill of Rs. 849 by putting late fee and previous amount. you harass the customer too much. from last 4-5 days I am talking to your executive and he is saying regular bill of 649 and you are sending bill of Rs. 659. so again indiscrepiancy in your words and writings. I am fed up of your these kind of services and highly dissatisfied that I am planning to cut your connection.
