Disconnection Request - Pending since 8 days.

​Whomsoever it may concern,

I have submitted my disconnection request #1-5351152437. Now its over 7 days and you did not complete the whole procedure. All your so called senior support people tell final payable balance different every time. I have recordings of those conversations. My rented house is held up due to your Router, PoE adapter and wire. I asked for full and final settlement bill and clearing off the premises but no email yet with Full and Final Settlement mail with bill and no one yet came to pick up those devices.

According to DoT any disconnection request should be completed within 7 days covering all your disconnection activities. So as after spending over Rs. 100 on mobile to call up to followup continuously its not resolving, I am giving you final chance to settle this in next ​1.5​ hours.

If you fail to do it I am writing an complaint to DoT ​https://consumerhelpline.gov.in/ with all the emails and voice records I have.
