Y'day evening I had received message that issue has been resolved but still i am getting low speed and disconnection issue.

Till now I have did not received any call from tikona. For your information, Issue still exists and now facing slowness and disconnection issues in day time too.

Low speed and disconnection after 10pm

Hi Tikona Team,
From couple of weeks, i am facing slow speed issue after 10pm. In day time, i am getting speed upto 10-11 mbps but at night (after 10 pm) getting speed upto 1-2 mbps. Also there is frequent disconnection.

Please do the needful.
