Yes but the shit connection that you are providing is not working.. im not able to access internet.. paid for voucher on 8 th August but you .... Activated the voucher on 20th August.. 3days has gone but the internet is not accessible.. what the hell r u doing.. :evil: :oops:

Payment successful but voucher not activated

Transaction failed due to some issue. Transaction date 8th August 2018. So far i have raised 4 complaint requests but no resolution. Payment was made through Airtel payment bank and i also got confirmation from Airtel that the payment was successful - RRN - 582250984

Complaint requests:

17-august : 1-5369003276

20 august: 1-5370767758

SMS from Tikona on 8th August: You have initiated Online payment of Rs.1499.0 towards your Tikona account, Transaction ID: 1114720698TPC080818130422. Please keep it for future reference.

Evey tim i call customer service, i was informed to wait for 7 days.. its already 15days got over.. are you cheating the customers???
