Hi,

I received number of Tikona representative Harshad (9225541912) from Tikona on 24th August, but he is not picking up my calls. I am trying to call him since morning.
Please ask him to answer the call or call me back as soon as possible.
If Tikona fails to respond in time for device collection, and do not collect the devices within next 2 days, then I will NOT be responsible for your Devices.

Post termination the devices will be recovered from your premises and Full & Final Settlement mail will be sent to you on your registered email id.

Hi,
I sent an email to Tikona for disconnection of the broadband service 18th August, and also sent the below email for disconnection on 19th August -

This is regarding uninstallation of broadband connection. The reference number is -
1-5370047740.

Below are the account details -
UserId - 1122930457
Plan - 6mbps/50gb data
Amount already paid to Tikona - 1805/-


Call me on [my phone number] to uninstall and collect the router in next 2 days i.e. (20th Aug or 21st Aug) as this is urgent.

The reason for disconnection is because I'm moving outside of Pune.

I also called customer care on 18th, 19th and 20th August.
Every time the customer care says that you have to wait for 24 hrs for a callback, but I didn't receive any call back from tikona yet.

I also visited the Tikona head office at 3rd Floor, Thube Park, Shivaji Nagar, Pune - 411005, but the employees there refused to take my disconnection request, and also refused to give me any phone number and their Manager's number also.
They repeatedly telling me to call customer care, even though I said them that this is urgent and I have already called the customer care but they are not responding in time.

This is another reminder email that I am sending to Tikona to urgently disconnect my broadband connection and collect your devices. If I do not get a call for disconnection by the end of the 21st August, and the disconnection request is not processed till 23rd August, I would be forced to post the grievance details on social media, and to other portals.
I will also post how the customer care and the employees of tikona misbehaved and did not speak properly when called and in their head office.
