Address Change Request!

Hello,

I have logged an address change request for my Tikona connection (Id: 1115049110) in the name of Amit Chakraborty on 01/09/2018. From that day onwards, I have been contacting your call center everyday and all I get is "We have submitted a request, your issue should be resolved in 24 hours". It's 6th September today and my request has not been fulfilled, I am not sure why I am a customer, if I have use my mobile internet connection to stay connected.

Please resolve this issue and get me online. This is a request.
