Speed Issue

i have a 10mbps package subscription. when it was first installed, the speed was giving 35-45mbps and i use to connect 5-7 device at one time with zero lack in speed. it was for the initial 24-28 days but with time it went haywire. the speed is going around 12-15mbps at max. and sometimes it doesnt connect even. today i had a engineer visit and he told me that tikona had open bandwidth and from the last 10 days it has been checked to package speeds only and i wont be getting that amount of speed with my package. is it true or there is really some problem in the line? now i can only connect 2 device and still hassle around with the speed. ###if thats so, plzz tikona reback to Open Bandwidth#### :cry: :cry: :cry: :cry:
