Feedback for Tejaswini Kadam

I had an issue regarding my bill about the discount (20%) that Tikona had provided me. I had made my payment on time but your system didn't reflect it ( 22nd of the month. time - 7:40 ). I was getting multiple calls from Tikona and the issue was still not resolved. I spoke to Tejaswini once and the issue is resolved as told by her. You need such employees who are soft spoken, patient and actually helpful. Thank you Tejaswini.
