Your services suck. I have asked to disconnect and refund my amount. Tikona is not even ready to do that apart from all what kind of executives you have in your office.They even dont understand hindi. A girl called today 10-09 approx at 05:00 to 05:15 PM , she wasn't even ready to understand what i am trying to explain her.

I will file complain to Telecom Regulatory Authority of India and also Telecom Consumer Complaints Monitoring System with all the proof to what extent you guys are harrasing cusstomers
Also dont put that bull shit reply that we will get back to you . As none of you are capapble of providing resolutions. :evil:
