I had an internet problem outage in my area due to problem with damaged wires. After connecting to the customer care, i was assigned Mr. Ramjilal Sharma for the technical on site visit. He helped me in changing the device location which was being damaged by monkeys in my area. His experience showed in his work and was very polite talking and helpful. I'm glad everything is sorted at the earliest. Can resume my work. Thanks to the on site engineer and tikona's customer service.
