We have tried to contact you several times however there was no response from your end also as checked we have found healthy usage against your account and no issues found in the backend, please contact customercare for any further assistance.

Worst Service and Response ever had

I have been using Tikona since 3 months now, I have complaint regarding slow speed and inconsistent network in the first month itself. Even though, i upgraded my plan to 10 MBPS afterwards, same speed and issue. Complaint almost 10 times, and no help from the customer care or technician. This has been like you don't even fuck after selling connection. I want my refund of remaining months and take fuck your device back.
