Feedback for Ankit Meena Indore (M P)

I was totally frustrated with the services of tikona Because I was facing so many speed and connectivity related issue, I filed the complaint so many time but the customer service person has scheduled the visit for technician Named Chandra Pawar and another one is I think his name is Rahul Modi, and both behaviors is very bad, both are failed to resolve the problem and talking in a very bad manner, after that finally, I am applying for disconnection then customer service have asked for last chance to solve problem and he assigned a technician named Ankit Meena.

Ankit Meena Come and he solved my connectivity issue and speed issues in a polite manner and I want to say something about Mr. Ankit he solves the problem in a smart way not doing the routine job like another technician and I am fully satisfied with the work of Mr. Ankit with his good nature and respected manner. Now My Plan Speed is good to compare to previous and the internet is properly working ...Thanks for solving the problem...

I really compliment Mr. Ankit for his excellent smart work and friendly Behaviour. I personally suggest to tikona, your all other technicians should learn from Ankit Meena.
