Disconnection problem since more than a month.

I have been facing problem of inconsistent connection since last one month. It is difficult to convince your extremely capable customer care guys that there is a problem. In my call from earlier today the customer care first said that my router is the issue, then 5 minutes later said that Tikona isn't working in the whole city, then another 5 minutes later said that it's working fine. After the call the connection again stopped working.

Either fix the issue within 24 hours or tell me clearly that it can't be fixed. I don't want to waste my time and money anymore.
