I am getting repeated calls for not getting my connection terminated whereas it has been clear that I need to terminate my connection since I am leaving the country. Disconnection Request # 1-5439555731 has been raised on 14th Oct,2018 and still there is no one confirming the termination of my connection. Understand that rentals have been stopped but I need to have my connection terminated and full and final settlement bill confirmed over mail. ALSO, the Tikona Modem and cable need to be collected. No one is coming for device collection and this is being delayed.
PLEASE STOP THIS HARASSMENT TO THE CUSTOMER and have the request processed as early as possible.
