Customer ID is id is 1112670122. I AM FACING SLOW SPEED AND SESSION TIME OUT ISSUE. NON OF YOUR TECHNICAL TEAM IS ABLE TO RESOLVE. THIS MONTH THERE WAS SO MUCH OF DOWNTIME FOR HOURS THE INTERNET WAS DOWN. BAD SERVICE AND NON OF YOUR ENGINEERS COME TO VISIT MY PLACE. THEY WANT ME TO TAKE LEAVE AND COME WHICH IS NOT POSSIBLE. I REACH HOME BY 6 PM AND THEY DO NOT WANT TO VISIT AT 6. PLEASE RESOLVE THIS ISSUE ASAP.
