No,I'm sorry the people from the customer care called me during my office hours and was complete inaudible. I request her to call me later in the evening post 5:30 pm. And the issue hasnt been solved yet . My internet speed is still low. I tried directly connecting the cable to the computer instead of using it through the wi-fi modem and no improvements.
Also i cant seem to be able to upload the .png file showing my internet speed.
Currently I am getting 3.45 download and 1.05 upload speed . But this keeps fluctuating . I will not be ready pay the bill if this is the case. I pay my bill on time and i expect proper services to be provided to me.

Slow Internet Speed

I had a made a complaint on 5th December on the Tikona toll free number stating that my internet speed had gone down and later on got a message telling that the issue has been resolved .However my internet speed has not been fixed . I am currently subscribed to the ADULM6M1050 plan which is supposed to provide me with 6 mbps , I latter on got a call from tikona saying that my internet is being upgraded to 10mbps plan.

At the moment however I am only getting 4.03 Mbit/s
