I HAD REGISTERED FOR A NEW CONNECTION Service ID - 1123169890 ON 29/11/18. I HAD MADE FULL PAYMENT OF RS5027 IN ADVANCE FOR ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION.I WAS INFORMED THAT SERVICE WILL BEGIN ON THE SAME DAY. BUT TILL DATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE SERVICE AND ALSO NO REFUND HAS BEEN MADE FOR THE SAME. I WROTE TO CUSTOMER CARE AND CONTACTED LOCAL SUPPORT ALSO MANY TIMES BUT NO REPLY ON THE SAME. I WANT FULL REFUND FOR THE PAYMENT PLUS THE INTEREST AND CREDIT CARD PENALTY FEE WHICH I WAS CHARGED BY MY BANK.WORST WORST WORST SERVICE.
