Request for disconnection due to relocation

Hello,

I would like to request a disconnection of service on 14 January 2019 as I am relocating. My user ID is 1120320775. The service has been amazing and I have loved it.

I have cleared all outstanding amount. Please review and confirm it. In case, some amount is left let me know the details of the charges and collect it on 14 January 2019.

Consider this as a formal request for disconnection as I am unable to contact customer care. Please make sure disconnection is done by 14 January and any remaining payment is collected on 14th January. I am not liable for any futher fees or charges from tikona after 14 January.
