5G Service Very Pathetic

Hi all,
I have subscribed to the 5G services which was offered and made due payments for the same on 18th Jan 2019. I was moved to 5G Plan and from that day my speeds went drastically down to 3-5 mbps. I complained to them on various calls but till today they are not able to provide me the minimum speed till date, or disconnecting the service nor providing me the desired speed.
PLEASE AVOID THE SERVICE.
You will be footballed from technical, to networking and commercial team, as i have suffered.
