The issue has not been resolved . Please ask you engineering team to check the Local device or please send one of your technical person to come visit the issue at my place. Also I am unable upload any attachment to the posts

Ping and Packet loss

I have been having an issue with high ping and packet loss which live streaming and playing my online games . Can you please look in to the issue? I tried the speed test and its showing the ping to be normal but there is packet loss. The voices are breaking even in discord . I've been having this for the past 2 weeks . Please look into them
