To TIKONA CUSTOMER CARE:

I had purchased a Tikona broadband connection 2 months ago. After 1 month of follow up, the Tikona team failed to set up the connection and the sales guy (Nagesh Sahastra Budhe) finally asked me to raise the cancellation on 20th February 2019 and the cancellation no is 1-5566953803 but the teams have failed to refund the amount.

After multiple calls, the teams today confirm that they will initiate refund.

This absolute harassment and pathetic customer service.

Can you / someone advise the escalating authority to get the refund.
