Failed to Upgrade to 5G

After seeing Tikona"s advertisementS regarding up gradation to 5G, I deposited Rs.2500 in Jan 2019 by netbanking. The company changed my plan to 5G but never succeeded to give 50 Mbps speed in spite of repeated efforts by their Engineers continuously for 3 months. The company kept on saying that we are having some issues and we are trying our best to rectify the problem permanently in our network. So in good faith I kept on waiting but I never got the 50 Mbps speed. Also the speed fluctuation is a major issue in Tikona Broadband. Now being fed up I changed my plan to 25 Mbps (Quarterly). I request the Company either to give me the speed of 50 Mbps OR refund my Rs.2500. If you can't deliver you must refund. - NARAYAN MHASKAR, VARANASI..
