Speed Issues on Point to Point Connection

Internet is very unstable since 3 days had registered a complaint but haven't received any call from Tikona. I have subscribed for a 25 Mbps plan but hardy getting 2 Mbps and even that speed is not stable. Frequent disconnections and complete loss of internet connectivity sometimes. Point to Point set up is on Yashoman Villa (Z Corner, Keshav Nagar)
