DEAR CONCERN,

THIS IS IN CONCERN TO MY TIKONA ID- 1123391392, I UPGRADED MY PLAN FROM 10MBPS TO 6MBPS SPEED BY PAYING EXTRA AMOUNT OF RS.655 BUT NOT GETTING SPEED EVEN 3 MBPS, BECAUSE OF THIS I AM FACING LOT OF ISSUE.
SO, KINDLY LOOK INTO IT AND I NEED A COMPENSATION FOR THE SAME.
I AM TRYING TIKONA CUSTOMER CARE SINCE LAST FEW DAYS BUT NOT GETTING ANY SATISFIED RESPONSE.
SO KINDLY REFUND MY AMOUNT PAID.
