worst services

Hi,

I have never encountered worst services as tikona, i was told to make a payment to get the services within 2 days and now i am being told that because there is no booster in the building, it will take around 4-7 days. are you guyz going to pay me the amount that i will lose because of no wifi?
when i called customer care and i was talking to manager, he hung up on me? like really this is how you treat your customers after getting money? let me give you some business knowledge that retaining customer is more important than getting a new lead so atleast give some service and if you can't atleast try to resolve customer's complaint.
i dont know when am i getting gonna reply for this. but i hate tikona even before getting the service.
