Worst service in providing new connection

It has been 8 days, I have paid for a new connection & Tikona has not provided me a new connection.

I was promised a new connection in 2 days. Everyday I get a message that a Tikona executive will come for installation & he doesnt show up. Everytime I call him, he never responds.

Everytime I contact the executive who collected money asking about connection he gives me different numbers of his senior. Even his senior is not answering calls.

Even after mailing multiple times to Tikona I have received no reply.
Regretting why I opted for Tikona.
