Dear Tikona Team,

I am really very much upset and disappointed due to the constant issues
from Tikona ISP.


After 100s of complaints since last year, every month, but still, I have not been given
a proper service from your side.


Today I have upgraded internet plan to Tikona's:-
(as per your information on your website http://www.tikona.in/for-home/broadband-plans/plans/Pune/tariff-plans)
PRIME_ULM_C3:
Download Speed: 40 Mbps
Contention Ratio: 01:20
No of simultaneous login allowed from a single location: 1
No of device registrations allowed: 5
Upload speed will be 25% of download speed or 512 kbps whichever is lower.

Despite Testing for several times on your speed test - http://speedtest.tikona.in/
I am not getting the upload speed as per your given plan. The upload speed from your side which I am getting is between 3-4mbps

Please find the attached screenshots of the entire speed test conducted a few minutes ago which I have sent it to you through email. Here the files are not attaching right now to this post.

I had enquired with other service providers, who are giving more than 10mbps speed for upload for the 40mbps download speed.

Kindly consider that, this will be my full and final complaint to you with a humble request to resolve the issues as soon as possible.
Otherwise, I will have to discontinue your internet service.
I am not going to appeal again and again for this.
