Today at 10pm I have taken speed test and attached is the performance of speed. Kindly advise what can be the action point from your end since as per my plan the speed is 10Mbps. But this kind of poor performance is not acceptable. Kindly proceed to close the TIKONA account and refund my paid amount due to unable to provide the given product as promised.
