PATHETIC SERVICE .

MY SERVICE WAS NOT INSTALLED AND IT HAS BEEN 1 WEEK ,WHEN I WAS ASKED FOR REFUND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT LIED TO ME ON CANCELLING MY SUBSCRIPTION AND TOLD ME I WILL GET MY REFUND IN 15 DAYS.

THERE WAS NO CONFIRMATION MAIL ,NO SMS NOTHING.

NOT ABLE TO GET THE CUSTOMER SERVICE GUYS ,IT TAKES FOREVER .

SERVICE IS SO PATHETIC AND I AM GLAD I AM CANCELLING THE SERVICE.

IF I DO NOT GET A REPLY IN 24 HOURS , THIS WILL BE ON VADODARA GROUP ON FACEBOOK.

PLEASE CALL ASAP AND SEND ME IN WRITING FOR MY REFUND
