From January 2019 ,your service is poor .The connection getting disconnected or speed goes down below 2mbps. my plan is 10mbps but only getting 3mbps, i complaint about this issue to your technical team several times but they tell me , "problem from main tower sir we will resolve it with in 48 hours of time span" but still iam facing the same poor connection and sudden disconnection.

your network engineer also come during complaint raise,he do some testing in my pc and finally he tell me i go visit the main tower there after the problem will be solved but nothing will happen ,then again i call customer care and same will be repeated like they say your problem will be solved, we assign our technician . but still iam facing the problem from January

so the above complaint numbers are complaint for network issue but still its not resolved but iam facing the same complaint till this day.

two days before your service engineer visited for network issue REF NO-1-5999401422,but on that day there was a powercut in my area so they cant check in my pc so they told me they going to check for the problem in main tower in our area and they went, after that i call them to enquire about the problem but they told me to run the speed test ,the speed was below 3mbps on that time, so he told me iam checking for the problem sir so please wait for some time and i said ok and cut the call. but i dint receive any intimation about the service and the problem is not resolved yet.

Now again i complaint about the same speed and disconnection issue to tikona customer care .they told the same reason that the main tower issue and told that engineer will visit before 6pm today. but still complaint ref number and engineer number not received by my side .

So if you going to continue this ,then i dont want your service. please stop the service if you cant able to provide the service properly.
