VERY BAD SERVICE, AVOID THIS SERVICE ,VERY VERY BAD TECHNICAL SUPPORT ...I installed Tikona at my home around 7 pm on 06 June 2019 . I have 40 MBPS Plan for 200 GB per month . My router was switched off at night . Today , on 07 Jun 2019 at 9 am I get a message that my entire 200 GB has been used in last 12 hours . NOT POSSIBLE AT ALL .. I CAN'T BE USING 200 GB IN 12 HOURS WHEN ROUTER WAS SWITCHED OFF FOR ABOUT 9 HOURS AT NIGHT …. MY SESSION DATA HISTORY DEPICTS DATA USAGE OF ABOUT 410 MB ….DON'T KNOW WHO HAS USED THE BALANCE 199 GB ….BAD SERVICE FROM TIKONA ...NO ONE COMES TO HELP FROM TECHNICAL TEAM …. TAKE TIKONA AT YOUR OWN RISK ...
