Worst Service Provider

In our whole building internet connection is not working from last four days.
With multiple follow up there is no proper response and issue is still not resolved.
Using customer service number we can't talk to any one as we getting message engineer is already working on your request.
We can't speak to any senior person.
Assigned engineer is not receiving phone from last three days.
