Change of Plan

I Called up Tikona helpdesk and was asking for a plan change but the change in plans were not satisfying for Annual/half yearly subscription then, i decided to surrender my TIKONA BB connection but the call center agent Tushar convinced me and gave a plan as per my requirements and budget.

He was very courtesy, polite and with can do attitude to help the customers.

Excellent service Tushar..............Keep up the good work !
