Hi Team,

I have been continuously calling since June for my connection issues.
I have made in-numerous phone calls to you guys since June to resolve my issue.
Its Dropping out and i am getting less than 4 Mbps connection speed on a 10 Mbps plan.
It was working fine till May then the service degraded since then.
I cant stream a movie, cant play CS or Dota or any online game due to high ping.

I am not willing to pay any further bills till the issue is resolved and confirmed to be resolved by me.

The tech came in twice but no resolution provided. He checked the device positioning both the times and said that the device is fine as well but no proper signals coming from Access Point.

Tech Hanmant visited yesterday and he just clipped my Ethernet pin to a new one. it worked fine for like 10 minutes and he asked me to monitor the connection. Its pathetic again. :oops: :evil:
