Facing the same issue.

After got confirmation from sales executive (Farooque Ahmed) paid the full amount Rs. 2828. But when the engineer visited my place he told the connection is not feasible in my place. It's being almost 2 months I didn't receive my refund in spite of every week multiple followups with customer care. Please let me know how will I get my money back and when?

I took the connection on 3rd July in Kharadi Pune location but had to switch location because of personal reason to another location. The Tikona representative said the new location has tikona connection and as such the connection will be relocated without any issues. So on 7th July I made a relocation request through mail and after 5 days the engineer called me and said the connection is not available in the location. The engineer said I would be refunded the entire amount I paid but I have not received a mail, SMS, ticket resolved confirmation...nothing. The customer care number 1860-3000-3434 doesn't work nor any other provided number for that reason. By far one of the worst customer care experience I have had with any broadband connection in India.I got a call from customer care yesterday when I press 2 to confirm I have a freaking problem, the call rings endlessly and nobody picks up the call.

So what or who do I contact to get back the money I paid for the connection I have not yet used? I specifically mentioned in the 10 different tickets I made that the internet connection is really important for me because I do freelance work and has already cost me 2 clients. HOW much long do I have to wait to get the refund??? I will provide everything right here and right now. Please call me or sent me a confirmation email for my refund.
