NO PROPER CUSTOMER SERVICE ON COMPLAINT

We raised a complaint on Nov 12th.
Tikona assigned one Engineer to rectify the same.
We tried to reach service engineer almost two days. His phone is ringing and he will never response to the calls.

We are very very very dissatisfied with TIKONA.

Till today our issue is not at all resolved. But we are getting messages like your issue is not resolved. customer care number provided will never work.

TIKONA is a useless option.
