Your service has been suspended on 28th Sep'19 due to non payment & you have used the service till 18th Sep'19.

also you are not applicable for waiver since there is no complaint reported by your end during billing cycle from 26th Aug'19 till 25th Sep'19.

Please note that once you make the payment of Rs.384.47 your service will be auto activated. Post making payment email us from your register email ID to confirm us to disconnect your service.

Hi Team,

I have already contacted the customer care team and told them regarding my issue.
and I also told Sales executive Ms. Laxmi Prajapat and she had given me assurance to fix this same.

and I also paid an outstanding bill of 118rs which I got on 26th Sep.

I cleared all my dues.

Regarding revise my bill

Hi Team,

I have already mentioned many times that the outstanding bill is wrong.

I just used 18days of your service after bill generation (4 gb data).

The issue is still the same and it is not resolved yet.

Please reduce the amount of my bill.

I already mentioned that As per generation of bill the amount of 249/- was left in my account and paid already 118 rs of the outstanding bill, then what about this amount and where it is. you should deduct first this amount in one month bill.
