Tikona — not refunding my money

Hi Team,

I had purchased home broadband connection from Tikona on[protected] and paid 2757 /- amount online.
After this, Tikona field team was taking time to install connection and every time they were giving me new excuses. So I have called on[protected] and asked for connection cancellation. Tikona customer executive told me that he has initiated cancellation request and you will get refund amount with 7 to 10 days.

I have cancelled my connection on[protected]. And from that day, I am taking regular follow up with customer care for my refund and every time I am getting answer that "you will get refund within 7 to 10 days".
But still I didn't received my refund.
