Change in RMN requested

Hi ,

I have requested change in RMN but its taking a whole day to update .
I am unable to login due to non receival of OTP on my previous RMN.
I have confirmed with telecom operator that DND is not active on my phone.
So as a final option i am opting for chane in RMN but this process too is taking a day.
I have sent SMS for change RMN, called customer care helpline sent and email.
online request number is 1-7602747002
Now i am out of options.
Pathetic experience and extremly slow service.
