After Sales Service Is Pathetic

I had made a payment to get the connection installed last week that is on 23rd Nov 2019 but the installation has not happened yet. I believe the TAT is of 2 days to install post payment but the TAT has been breached by a week. If the installation is going to take a few more days can i get my money back that too in my original mode of payment that is in my PAYTM account.
