Termination of Connection - 1121851822

Dear Team,

My Tikona user id - 1121851822. I will be shifting to new broadband service so I want to remove/disconnect Tikona internet connection permanently before my new billing cycle starts with 7th December 2019. I am not going to use Tikona after 7th December 2019.

I have already emailed multiple times to customer care and enterprise support but didnt get any response.
I tried to call customer care and IVR machine handle call and there is not having any option to talk directly with Tikona executive person.

Kindly take remove/disconnect request on high priority and remove/disconnect Tikona internet as early. And Stop billing cycle from 7th December 2019.
