I need refund from tikona of ₹2478 for not providing me the broadband connection despite paying 3 months ammount in advance.I have contacted the customer care and service engineer which was all in vain as nobody picked up the call.I need the refund as fast as possbile or i will file a case in consumer court and sue tikona.
