As per the conversation done on 23rd December 2019,

Your current outstanding is Rs. Rs.5, 372.84/- and due date is 30th dec-19, we request you to pay earliest to avoid late payment charges.

In case if you charge any late payment charges, kindly call in customer care and waive off the same.

Dear Team,

My annual plan was activated on 15th Feb,2019 for one year and my next statement got generated on 15th Dec, 2019. I dont understand. I dont understand why Tikona is trying to cheat me every time. Last time I had to approach consumer court for the resolution. Do you want me to repeat the same this time also. After taking an annual subscription, I availed a pathetic speed for the whole year and when asked to customer care, they said that you have exhausted the high speed data.
Request you to pls intervene and sort out my issue, else i will left with no other option.
